Medieval Dinner St Heliers Mall July 2013
Lindsay and John Cook organised a fun social dinner event for businesses and residents of St Heliers and surrounding suburbs.
Guests arrived to be piped inside by bagpipes , walking onto the red carpet and into the main hall .There they were seated at the very long table ready to enjoy their 3 course meal . All stood as the King and Queen entered to take their place at the head of the table. Following the opening by the King , Grace for the food was given by the Jester and after a short speech by the Bishop , the evening was underway.
Lords and ladies were well behaved throughout and the stocks had little use.
An enjoyable evening and thanks to all those who played there part in making a great evening happen.
A selection of photos is presented in a slide show below.
